The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent Police to take action on his complaint dated 25.02.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry has been conducted and it was closed, on 10.07.2025.
3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling her to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
