Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S-33. To issue a Writ , order or direction , more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus , directing the respondents No.3 to sanction the Incentive Increment to the petitioner for acquiring the Higher Qualification of M.Phil., Degree weith effort from his eligibility i.e., April 2014 by considering the proposal of the 4th respondent dated 28/08/2017 within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the leaned Special Government Pleader submits that challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7014 of 2021 dated 29.03.2021, the respondent filed an appeal in W.A.(MD)No.23 of 2022.

2. In view of the above, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner could approach this Court depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal.
