ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Petition is filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall execute a 1/3

bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two blood sureties to execute two sureties in the order dated 11.12.2023 made in Cr.M.P.No.1187 of 2023 in S.C.No.98 of 2023, on the file of the Additional District Court, Paramakudi.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. It can be seen that in spite of the bail order is passed, the petitioner is still languishing in prison. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's parents passed away. There is only one sister, who is not willing to stand as surety and there are no other blood relatives available to stand as security and hence prayed to modify the condition.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is still in prison and considering the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition stands allowed the condition to furnish two blood sureties is modified as two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi. sd/- 18/09/2024 / TRUE COPY / 19 / 09 /2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (Writs) Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai - 625 023.
