O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.394 of 2018 and file a final report within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that even though the second respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.394 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 IPC and 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, on a complaint given by the petitioner, there is no substantial progress in the investigation.
3. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents that the Investigating Agency is waiting for wound certificate. Soon after the receipt of the same, the respondents Police would file the charge sheet as the rest of the investigation has already been completed.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, the respondents Police are directed to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
