ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to dispose of the case pending before him in C.C.No.150 of 2017

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the C.C. is of the year 2017 and only some of the witnesses have been examined in this case.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.150 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
