Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks appointment on compassionate ground. The petitioner's father was working as Police Constable and he died on 14.04.2017. The question is whether the petitioner is entitled to get the relief she is now seeking. It is not in dispute that the petitioner got married even before the demise of her father. The petitioner's husband is working in the Fire Service Department. The petitioner's brother is also working in the Police Department. I fail to understand as to how the request for appointment on compassionate ground can be made. The very filing of the writ petition is an abuse of legal process. This writ petition is dismissed.
