Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.K.AZHAGARSAMY, Advocate for M/S.K.SAMIDURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.K.RAMAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner accused in S.C.No.162/2016 dated 10/12/2018 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Theni.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
