ORDER
The writ petition is disposed at the time of admission, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the official respondents, after dispensing notice on the third respondent.
2. It is the specific case of the petitioner that in response to the tender that was floated on 28.05.2025 prescribing the last date for making the bid as 17.06.2025, the petitioner and also the third respondent had participated in the aforesaid tender. In that, the third respondent was selected during the technical evaluation of the bid and the petitioner's bid was ousted. It is submitted that subsequently, the petitioner gave a representation dated 01.07.2025. Pursuant to which the respondents have cancelled the tender that was called on 28.05.2025 and have now proceeded to issue a fresh tender.
3. It is submitted that the third respondent had filed several forged documents and the attempt of the respondents including the tender awarding authority was to favour the third respondent. The petitioner submits that the third respondent has to be blacklisted as he resorted to forgery while submitting the bid documents in response to the tender floated on 28.05.2025. In this connection, learned counsel for the petitioner has attempted to draw attention of the Court to few documents to indicate that the stamp papers are of the year 2025 in respect of the contract that were awarded during the preceding years to the third respondent.

Needless to state that before blacklisting the third respondent, the third respondent shall be heard. The petitioner may also be permitted to make submissions, in case, the request of the petitioner is to be rejected.
