To pass an order directing the respondents 1 and 2 particularly the 2nd respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner based on the complaint petition dated 05.10.2020 forthwith and to take action against the respondents 3 to 6. O R D E R

The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14579 of 2020, dated 11.12.2020, thereby directed the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CONT.P.(MD)No.1864 of 2021 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3.Recording the said submission, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
