ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the first respondent herein wherein the petitioner was informed that they are going to effect the disconnection of service on the basis of civil Court order and there is a title dispute.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the service connection was only temporary in nature and due to non-payment of current consumption charges, the service connection was already disconnected. 3.In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. No costs.
