ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif, Periyakulam, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.87 of 2004 in O.S.No.361 of 1991 within the stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the revision petitioners herein filed Execution Petition in the year 2004 itself, i.e. during the pendency of Second Appeal filed by the respondent herein. Though the said Second Appeal was disposed on 12.06.2018, till date, no order has been passed by the Court below in the Execution Petition and the respondent herein is dragging on the matter by taking adjournment from time to time. Hence, the revision petitioners are before this Court.

3. Considering the fact that the Execution Petition is pending from the year 2004 itself, this Court directs the Court below to dispose of the Execution Petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
