Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court S - 12. To issue a Writ, order or direction or any other writ in the nature of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the Respondents herein to pay the Interest to the petitioner at the rate of 12 percent per annum for the belated payment of Rs.11,36,541/- towards his retirement benefits namely Provident Fund, Gratuity and Leave Salary from the date of his retirement i.e. on 31.05.2019 till the date of full settlement on 03.02.2021 by considering the petitioners Representation dated 30.06.2021 and within the time frame as fixed by this Honble court and for other reliefs and pass further or other orders as this 1/3
Honble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
