ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to pay the pension and leave salary contribution to the appropriate head of the Government of Tamil Nadu for the period of service rendered by the petitioner from 11.08.1982 to 31.07.1986 on the strength of service certificate issued by the 2nd respondent in No. CMWSSB/P and A/STF/RA2/2027/2008 dated 09.06.2008 and in consonance with the admissibility report of the 1st respondent in PPO No.R2727536 dated 21.03.2023 for the purpose of revision of pensionary benefits to the petitioner 2/4
by the 1st respondent, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2024 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous, as the issue has been resolved.
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
