Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order passed by the 3rd respondent vide his proceeding in A Thi Mu No.2126/Aa3/2019, dated 07.02.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents No.1 to 3 herein to grant Incentive Increment to the petitioner for acquiring Higher Qualification of M.Com., (Commerce) with effect from December, 2009 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and for other reliefs and to pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER
The petitioner filed W.P.(MD)No.6925 of 2021 seeking incentive increment for his higher qualification. This Court, by order dated 26.03.2021, disposed the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's representation was considered and the request of the petitioner was rejected. He has also produced a proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Batlagundu, dated 13.12.2021 to that effect.
3. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Batlagundu, dated 13.12.2021, in the manner known to law. No costs.
