ORDER

The petitioner has field this writ petition as against the order passed by the Sub Collector.

2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that as against the order impugned, the petitioner has already filed a revision before the District Revenue Officer.

3.Since the petitioner has already invoked the efficacious remedy which is available under the Patta Passbook Act, this writ petition stands disposed 2/4

of, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds raised in this petition before the District Revenue Officer in the pending revision petition. The revisional authority shall consider the case of the petitioner, independently and shall take a decision, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
