R3 - Died C O M M O N O R D E R Mr.S.Madhavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the amounts that were due and payable to the third respondents were already paid by the petitioner and the recovery proceedings initiated by the respondents 1 & 2 were also closed and thus, it is submitted that the relief sought in the present writ petitions has now become infructuous.

2. In view of the same, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
