This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the first Respondent to provide Police Protection to the life and limb of the Petitioner for plastering the alley part of her house from the second and third Respondents.
2.When the case came up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the work of plastering the wall of the Petitioner's house has been completed and hence, the Petitioner seeks to close this Petition.
