PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamsu, to call for the records of the fourth respondent in his proceedings through a resolution dated 04.10.2022 and quash the same as without jurisdiction and consequently direct the second respondent to monitor the administration and the celebration of the festivals of Mariamman and Kaaliamman Temple, Vendrilingapuram Village, Pattadaikatti Village Panchayat, Sankarankovil Taluk by the seven Nattamais of the Village, based on the petitioner's representations, dated 26.09.2022 and 06.10.2022 within the period stipulated by this Court.
