O R D E R

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner on a false representation, dated 25.08.2023.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.3 has beat the petitioner by trespassing into her house and however, respondent No.3 herself has filed a false complaint, basing on which, the respondent Police have been harassing.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the representation filed by the petitioner, dated 25.08.2023, is registered as C.S.R.No.195 of 2023 and enquiry is in progress and within a short time, the respondent Police will close the same.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides, since the enquiry in respect of the representation stated to have been initiated, the respondent Police are directed to complete the enquiry and close the same as quickly as possible not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that, in case, if the petitioner is required in 2/4

any enquiry, the respondent Police are directed to follow the procedure scrupulously.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
