ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2018 and thereby directing the respondents not to register any document in respect of the petitioner's land in Survey No.222/2 situated at Thirukostiyur Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District without issuing notice to the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sathiya Singh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has got remedy only before the Civil Court and the Writ Petition is not a remedy for the petitioner and hence, the Writ Petition may be dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.17397 of 2018 3.I find force in the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the appropriate forum. No Costs.
