Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARNAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court on the ground that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence. In view of the same, we are not inclined to entertain this petition without any change in circumstances. Already the typed set of papers has been made ready and this criminal appeal is connected with Crl.A.(MD) Nos.306 and https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.12679 of 2022 344 of 2021. This Court has already directed the connected appeal to be added in the weekly list.
2.In view of the above, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Registry to add Crl.A.(MD) Nos.305, 306 and 344 of 2021 in the weekly list and post it in the usual course.
