P RAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent herein in his proceedings in Ref.No.3453/IR/2017 dated 24.07.2018 and quash the same as illegal. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed against the order passed by the third respondent dated 24.07.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The petitioner is the erstwhile Director / Board Member of Madurai District Cooperative Milk Producer's Union Limited. He was elected to the post of Director / Board Member. While this being so, the Officer Bearers involved in taking photographs of the official records illegally without consent or knowledge of the General Manager of Aavin, 2/4

Madurai. Therefore, the petitioner and other Office Bearers were warned and directed not to indulge in these kind of activities in future. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the order passed by the third respondent and this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. This writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
