Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SURESH R.M., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10259 of 2022, dated 27.06.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not even appeared before the respondent police for a single day and hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.
