The Writ Petition is directed against the order dated 29.09.2021 passed by the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent would submit that subsequently the writ petitioner was reinstated vide order of the Sub Registrar dated 05.09.2023.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the President has already been changed and the period of Board was already expired.
