This Writ Petition has been instituted to direct the the respondents 1 to 3 to restrain the 5th respondents from permitting the entertainment program, which is going to be conducted by the ZEE Tamil Channel in the name of "Namma Ooru Thiruvizha" by considering the representation dated 05.08.2025. 2/4

2.Even as per the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, the festival was over on 10.08.2025. Thus, the cause did not exist and hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
