ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) order 1982 read with 7(i)(a)(ii) of EC Act 1955 in Cr.No.205 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
