2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the Mahila Court, Tuticorin and the same was taken cognizance in Spl.S.C.No.183 of 2022.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10100 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10317 of 2022 on 29.08.2022 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. sd/- 04/09/2023 / TRUE COPY / /09/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
