JOEL PAUL ANTONY A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Since the petitioner is not in position to arrange the deposit amount as directed by this Court, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of this Court.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 18.05.2023 Crl.O.P(MD) No.9047 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
