PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records relating to the impugned memorandum issued by the 2nd respondent in No.1/2018, dated 25/07/2018 and quash the same and consequentially direct the 2nd respondent herein to register sale deed executed by the Petitioner dated 23/07/2018 without insisting upon the Life Certificate of 3rd Respondent within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
