The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case in G.W.O.P.No.28 of 2023 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2.It is seen from the records that the respondent has filed the G.W.O.P.No.28 of 2023 and the same is pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai.

3. When the mater is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that they are not having any objections to transfer the case as sought for by the petitioner. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in G.W.O.P.No.28 of 2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai, is hereby ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Madurai. The learned Principal District Judge, Sivagangai, is directed to transmit the records in G.W.O.P.No.28 of 2023 to the Family Court, Madurai, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the learned Judge, Family Court, 2/4
