Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.LAKSHMI GOPINATHAN, Advocate for M/S.POLAX LEGAL SOLUTIONS for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12790 of 2023 on 13.07.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the 2/3

condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12790 of 2023 on 13.07.2023 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
