ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.278 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police, dated 15.06.2024 and quash the same as illegal.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.278 of 2024, for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 352, 307, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act 2002.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 352, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act 2002 and they have removed the Section 307 of IPC.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advcoate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is 2/4

at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
