O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.) We find from the records that A.S(MD)No.57 of 2016 had been allowed only because a memo of compromise dated 24.03.2023 had been filed and by 1/3

order dated 26.09.2023 the memo of compromise had been recorded and reduced in the order and it was also directed that it should be part and parcel of the judgment.

2. In view of the fact that owing to a compromise effected among the parties out of the court, the compromise had been recognized by the Court and the Appeal Suit had been allowed, the appellants are entitled for refund of the court fees in accordance with the Rules.

3. This petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to do the needful without any delay.
