2.They are figuring as defendants in O.S.No.241 of 2018 on the file of District Munsif Court, Alagudi. They seek speedy disposal of the suit.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The learned trial Munsif is directed to dispose of O.S.No.241 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
