ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 351(2) BNS Act r/w. 4 of TNPHW Act @ 296(b), 105, 351(2) BNS r/w. 4 of TNPHW Act, in Cr.No.132 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police.
3. Considering the nature of allegation that on account of the occurrence the victim died, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
