RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.7616 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12611 of 2021 dated 30/09/2021 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL KUMAR.R., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.7616 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12611 of 2021 on 30.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.11460 of 2021 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD). No.7616 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12611 of 2021 on 30.09.2021 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
