ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.) The petitioner has instituted the present writ petition seeking for a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the fourth respondent in the subject property.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 produced a report of the Revenue Tahsildar, dated 18.08.2025, wherein, he stated that an inspection was conducted by the Revenue Authorities and in the inspection, it was found that the place where the petitioner complaints an encroachment is a private patta land belonging to the private respondents. This is also reported that there is no encroachment as alleged by the petitioner. 2/4

3. In view of the detailed report filed after inspection, finding that the subject properties are patta lands and there is no encroachment, the relief sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted.
