ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The fourth respondent herein had earlier filed W.P(MD)No. 18418 of 2025 for directing the registering authority to register the petition mentioned document. The present writ petitioner was shown as the third respondent in the said writ petition. The writ petition was disposed of on 07.07.2025. Though merits of the matter were not gone into, the petitioner herein apprehends that the registering authority may register the document at any time.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the document received from the fourth respondent has been kept as a pending document.

4.The second respondent will not carry out any further formalities for a period of six weeks from today. It is for the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court and obtain an interim order in the meanwhile. Merely because such a direction has been given in this writ petition it does not mean that the petitioner's claims have been endorsed by this Court. The issue is left entirely to the discretion of the trial Court. 5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
