ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.08.2024 within the time limit, that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 3 and 4 have murdered the petitioner's father and on that basis, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.177 of 2022 and the same was taken on file in S.C.No.322 of 2022 and is pending. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there existed property dispute between the parties and two civil suits are pending in O.S.Nos.37 and 38 of 2024 and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and during enquiry both the parties had agreed that they will not enter into any issues and on that basis, the same was ordered to be closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law.
