PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to direct the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, to dispose of the Original Suit in O.S.No.3 of 2024 on the file of the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, Tenkasi District, as expeditiously within time frame as may be fixed by this Court by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Sankarankovil, to dispose of the Original Suit in O.S.No.3 of 2024 within a period stipulated by this Court.
2. The petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.3 of 2024 for recovery of money against the respondent before the trial Court. 1/3
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2024 within a reasonable time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2024 as expeditioulsy as possible.
