ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for digging well in respect of the Landed Property comprised in Survey Nos.124/1, 125/1 and 125/3 at Angadimangalam-1 Bit Village, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District and for other reliefs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.08.2019

2. On the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.08.2019, enquiry is pending. Infact the petitioner already filed a suit in O.S.No.244 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14973 of 2019 as against the respondents 4 and 5 and it is pending. While pending the said suit, the respondents 4 and 5 are disturbing the possession and committed the offence. Therefore on the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case in Crime No. 381 of 2016 was registered and pending for investigation on the file of the third respondent. Again on 21.08.2019 the petitioner lodged a complaint and it is pending for enquiry.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 21.08.2019 after issuing notice to the fourth and fifth respondents and complete the same and pass orders on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
