This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of BNSS., seeking orders, to direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR) Thoothukudi District, to consider the bail application of the petitioner in Crime No.282 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police on the same day of surrender and dispose of the same on its merits in accordance with law.
