ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would 1/3
submit that the order of this Court, dated 09.01.2024 has been complied with and he has also produced the order passed by the Tahsildar, Karaikudi, dated 02.07.2024. In the proceedings in Na.Ka.A2/721/2024, dated 02.07.2024 the Tahsildar, Karaikudi stated that appropriate steps to be taken to proceed further in the manner known to law only after dispose of the second appeal in S.A.No. 535 of 2017. According to the respondents, patta stands in the name of Vadivel, S/o.Muthu in TPT.328/08, dated 29.02.2009.
