ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to call for the entire records in relating to the impugned FIR in Crime no.44 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent Police and to quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram and the case was taken on file in C.C.No.233 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above C.C. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
