PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to register a case for a alleged offences punishable under Sections 427, 294(b), 506(i) and 307 of IPC on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai in Crl.M.P.No.4289 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent register the case on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai in Crl.M.P.No.4289 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that as per the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Aruppukottai in Crl.M.P.No.4289 of 2019 dated 16.05.2019, the respondent police has completed investigation and registered First Information Report in Crime No.255 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 506 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (i) of IPC.
