O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the First Information Report in Crime No.23 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same in respect of the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent Police has completed the investigation in Crime No.23 of 2022 and filed the charge sheet before the trial Court. Hence, no further orders are required in this petition.
