ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 109 days in representing the above appeal against MCOP No.733 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal in the Special District Court to deal with Motor Accident Cases, Madurai, till pending disposal of the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Services Committee, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court. 4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course. sd/- 21/08/2025 / TRUE COPY / / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
