Seeking patta, the petitioner has submitted an application on 24.07.2018 and filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's application within the stipulated time. 2.Today(26.03.2024), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner has not produced the necessary documents on his claim. Therefore, his application has not been considered.
3.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the relevant records before the respondents. 4.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the second respondent on 15.04.2024 and produce the required documents and 2/4
