PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to grant 6 days emergency leave without escort to the petitioner's foster father Paramasivam, S/o.Kannan (C.PNo.1108, PID No.199011), presently confined in the Central Prison, Madurai, for the purpose of attending and performing the 16th day ceremony and other essential rituals for the petitioner's deceased mother by considering his representation dated 05.08.2025.
