ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to remove the writ petitioner's name in the History Sheet list in H.S.No.22/2014 maintained by the second respondent by considering his representation dated 09.12.2023.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that last case was registered against the writ petitioner in the year 2020 and that the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2023 will be considered in the next meeting.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
